We stayed for one night while on a road trip. Convenient location near the interstate. No bugs, working A/C, hot shower with good water pressure. Clean room, minimal maintenance needed. Breakfast had basic options – coffee, juice, oatmeal, and toast. Good value compared to other chain hotels. Housekeeping staff was professional and attentive.

Stayed for 1 night, the hotel was ideal and fairly clean, it had good and excellent location to events for the hunt. Loved the way our reasonably spacious room with a king bed was. Location: the property was so close to safe area as well as West Frankfort, IL.

Refreshingly clean (after reading some poor reviews), conveinient to interstate, quiet, price.

They would not allow us to cancel our (bookit.com) reservation when we discovered we were way ahead of schedule and could have easily gone on another hour or two towards our destination. We were warned of this, but still hoped. It was more bookit.com's fault for over estimating travel times by hours.

I did not enjoy my stay because some people were smoking on the floor&it bothered me all night. I will never stay there again

The hotel was peaceful, located in an industrial area close to safe surroundings and convenient amenities, offering rooms with a bathtub and friendly staff, making it a great choice for a stay.

The bed was wonderful. When we checked in, it was late, and we had already reserved a room on the internet for one bed, and when we arrived, the manager told us he had one other room left that was open (besides our room), and it was two beds, and he would upgrade us without any additional charge if we wanted it. Wow, what an American Best Value!!!! Yes, we would stay here again.

didn't seem clean, was a long brown hair on the one pillow when we turned down the covers. ewh! burnt out lightbulbs, had to go to the front desk and ask for lightbulbs so we could have some light.

The hotel is fairly clean. The staff is amiable. The room is reasonably spacious. This is a good and incredibly comfortable location. I can recommend the great restaurant onsite for dinner. I liked how it was very clean and it was very nice for a cheap price.

There was a few times I went down to the front desk because we did not have a tv remote in our room but no one was at the fron desk. So we ended up just not having a tv remote.
